The resident survey is the survey you should typically select. If you are a staff member logging into the survey and having a resident who currently lives in your home complete the survey, please select the resident option.

The staff survey should only be completed if you are a staff member completing the survey on behalf of a resident who left your home without notice and is no longer in your home. This survey should be selected sparingly.
